27.5 systems comes out, you have to change the diameter of your handlebar, don't you?

In the Asian market, 27.5 wheel size has taken over the mountainbike scene. This has influenced the geometry of the frame accordingly. As other markets are adapting to the 29 wheel size, the frame size is increasing. However to our suprise the handblebar is still behind, why hasn't the handlebar changed with the bike size. Therefore we brought forward our thinking at the 2014 China Shanghai International Bicycle Show; "It's the prime of 27.5 bikes, so why are we still not using 35mm handlebars?!". In addition to Giant, Fouriers is the only manufacturer that activily promotes the new handlebar size.

Handlebars we are familiar with have the similiar thickness throughout the bar, but we have developed a 45mm variety tube to redice the excess weight. This only leaves 1.6mm thickness on the barbore (the biggest stress point), enough to bear all the force. The remaining parts gradually decrease in thickness as the stress levels are less, from 1.4mm to the end 1.0mm. (see below)

We removed all excess materials to reduce unnecessary extra weight.

The curve is made by applyig a great amount of force for a certain period of time on the central point of the bar.
